Find Out If You Or A Loved One Qualify For Treatment Coverage

We know that Alcohol or Substance Use Disorders are a progressive and sometimes lifelong challenge. The mind and the body undergo so many alterations that recovering on your own can seem impossible. No one should forgo necessary addiction treatment due to confusing insurance terms and allowances.

At Achieve Wellness and Recovery, we accept several private insurance plans. To verify your insurance coverage, please contact our admissions staff to discuss your options. Below are the most common carriers we work with on a daily basis.

Insurance Verification Process

At the time of your call, our administrative staff will check your eligibility and determine what level of coverage will be covered. We will carefully walk you through every element of insurance coverage to ensure you clearly understand what to expect and how it will work.

Once coverage is verified, a comprehensive medical and mental health intake assessment will be conducted in order to determine what level of care is appropriate for each patient’s unique needs. There can be differences between private carriers through employers or public coverage from the government, such as Medicaid.

Depending on the type of insurance available, whether private or public, it may cover all or only some of the treatment. There may still be some financial requirements, such as deductibles and copays, that the patient or family will be responsible for.

Don’t Let Insurance Coverage Keep You From Treatment

We know alcohol and substance use treatment services are essential to achieve personal wellness and lasting recovery. Individual Therapy

Participating in individual therapy sessions provides a safe and distraction-free space for patients to identify and address the potential underlying causes of their substance use or mental health symptoms. Here is where deep and impactful work is done to stimulate healthy progress toward your wellness goals.

Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

CBT is a comprehensive form of talk therapy. This approach helps you identify the underlying thoughts and emotions behind your actions and habits. By addressing these natural responses through ongoing treatment, you’ll be equipped with practical coping skills to redirect natural thoughts and behaviors and create healthier patterns.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

Also a form of talk therapy, DBT is a subset of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. However, DBT has a different, more nuanced focus. Rather than just identifying the underlying thoughts and changing behavior, the purpose of DBT is to help you feel safe as you heal and accept yourself as you are in this process. This leads to greater emotional control and personal autonomy.

Group Therapy

Community support is essential for a successful recovery from substance use or mental health concerns. Having a trusted circle of peers who are like-minded and working toward the same goals provides a sounding board, an outreach network, and an accountability channel. Group Therapy is a cornerstone of our treatment programs here at Achieve Wellness & Recovery.

Family Therapy

When one family member struggles with mental health or substance dependence, the entire family can be impacted. This can lead to financial problems, poor communication, and broken trust. Family therapy helps other family members, both individually and as a group, have an outlet for navigating a difficult time.

Holistic Therapies

The term holistic refers to the whole person or whole-body treatment. In many cases, substance abuse treatment or detox facilities focus only on treating the symptoms of substance use rather than underlying mental health issues that may have led to the initial occurrence. Treating the whole person ensures you’re able to recover on the outside while you’re also healing on the inside.

Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)

An Intensive Outpatient Program is a higher level of individualized care than outpatient programs and offers greater support on a daily basis. An IOP is intended for patients who may be suffering from a dual diagnosis and require daily support but do not require PHP levels of care.

Outpatient Programs (OP)

Outpatient programs are the next evolution of recovery after PHPs or IOPs. An outpatient treatment plan offers a reduced level of care for those who are ready to reintegrate back into their daily lives and obligations more fully.

Dual Diagnosis

A dual diagnosis is the presence of a Substance Use Disorder as well as a mental health disorder such as PTSD, anxiety, OCD, or depression. In the U.S., this phenomenon is more common than one might think. The research suggests that 1 in 5 U.S. adults experience a mental health issue each year.
