I am a dually licensed clinician with over 20 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults both in addiction treatment and mental health treatment. Along with extensive experience in clinical work, I have been in leadership roles in both inpatient and outpatient addiction treatments centers in New Jersey. In my various leadership titles, I have developed clinical programing, assisted staff in their growth and development in the clinical field and been privileged to help those on their path to recovery. As a clinician I specialize in addictions trauma, mental health, self-harm behaviors, anxiety, intimacy issues and sex addiction and personality disorders. I am a certified clinical trauma professional and certified sex informed professional. My passion and purpose as clinician are to help individuals find their voice, purpose, and motivation through their recovery. To be part of the process helping those that are fighting for their life to obtain both sobriety and wellness. As a Clinical Director I work to ensure that my staff feels supported in their roles, continue their clinical growth and development, and are allowed to be the best versions of themselves. All the staff are essential part of clients’ recovery journey. It is my belief they deserve the continue compassion, empathy,  acknowledgment and support of leadership.
